The client required a highly durable, modular, and non-corrosive zoning enclosure to isolate high-precision manufacturing processes. Crucial demands included an absolute vibration-free construction to withstand heavy floor-level movements, highly transparent barrier walls for unhindered supervision, and space-saving smooth access points for workers to load/unload materials seamlessly without disrupting floor space.

What we did:
Core Framework Engineering: Utilized heavy-duty Aluminium 4040 T-slot profiles to construct a highly rigid, modular main structure capable of handling continuous industrial loads.Sliding Mechanism & Doors: Designed and installed custom lightweight doors using Aluminium 3030 profiles, mounted on heavy-duty top/bottom roller tracks for a smooth, space-optimized sliding system.Protection & Visibility: Integrated premium, shatter-resistant Polycarbonate (PC) sheets into the frame sections to provide 360-degree clear visibility with maximum thermal and impact resistance.Vibration-Free Grounding: Fixed the entire structure securely using industrial expansion anchors and specialized floor-mount base plates, achieving 100% rigid grounding to absorb plant-floor acoustic and mechanical vibrations.
Project Description
Design, precision-engineering, and rigid floor commissioning of a heavy-duty industrial safety enclosure system tailored for high-performance shop floors. Built using premium Aluminium 4040 structural profiles for the main load-bearing framework, the system features custom-crafted dynamic doors utilizing lightweight Aluminium 3030 profiles. The structure is integrated with high-impact Polycarbonate (PC) transparent sheets to ensure maximum visibility without compromising worker safety. To meet strict industrial stability norms, the entire setup features heavy-duty ground anchoring to completely eliminate operational vibrations and structure wobble.
