Aluminium Profile Machine Structure for Packaging Line

DSI Enterprise successfully designed, manufactured, and installed a high-quality Aluminium Profile Structure for Omori India Pvt. Ltd. for their packaging machine application. The complete structure was custom-developed by our engineering team with a strong focus on durability, precision, safety, and professional industrial appearance. The main frame of the structure was manufactured using premium-grade 40x40 aluminium profiles to provide excellent strength and stability, while the doors were fabricated using 30x30 aluminium profiles for lightweight and smooth operation. High-quality PC sheets were installed in the center sections for protection, visibility, and safety compliance. The structure included 4 access doors and was mounted on heavy-duty leveling pads to ensure perfect alignment and stable installation on the production floor. The complete project dimensions were approximately 6.8 meters in length, 1.8 meters in width, and 1.8 meters in height. The entire design, fabrication, assembly, and installation work was completed by DSI Enterprise with superior finishing and precision workmanship. The final installation delivered a strong, modern, and aesthetically professional look while maintaining excellent structural rigidity and operational performance. After successful installation at the Omori facility, the client highly appreciated the build quality, finishing, structural strength, and professional execution of the project.
